There has been continued progress toward meeting targets on higher level results indicators, primarily in terms of the increase in numbers of persons-with-disabilities and children-at-risk receiving dedicated services, and improving measures of service quality. However, at the current pace of implementation, only some of the results targets are expected to be achieved by the revised Project closing date as activities under the first and second restructuring of the Project have not yet begun due to delays in approval of the Page 1 of 7 The World Bank Report No: ISR15485 government's restructuring documents and in key procurements. Delayed activities include the establishment of additional service centers, procurement and operationalization of mobile outreach for disability services, and development of a management information system (MIS) for the Ministry of Social Welfare.
