Bosnia and Herzego ina Saa Waterway Rehabilitation Project
Between:
The European Union, represented by the European Commission on behalf and for the account of Bosnia
and He:zegovina, ("the Ccmmissi'n"'
of the one part,
and
The Irlernational Bank for Recoistricticri and Development ("IBRD"), the International Development
Association ("IDA"), and the Internatiom I Finance Corporation ("IFC") (collectively, "the World Bank
Group") of the other part,
have ai,eed as follows:
The fc1lowing provisions of the Adrrinist -ation Agreement for the "Sava River Waterway Project", with
identification number 2011/273-9173, concluded between the Commission and the World Bank Group on
Decent)er 12, 2011 (the "Agreement), ar: hereby replaced as follows in accordance with ARTICLE 9,
Sectioi 9.01 of the General Condi:ioris:
Section 2.03. It is expected that the contiibution will be fully utilised in accordance with the provisions
of thi, Administration Agreemerit b ' 27'01/2017 ("End Disbursement Date"). The End Disbursement
Date cAn only be modified with the agieement of both Parties pursuant to Article 9 of the General
Condi. ons.
All other terms and conditions of he Coni ract and its previous Addenda remain unchanged.
This AJdendum shall enter into force on t ie later date of signature by the Parties.
