These have now been addressed to a suitable level. The draft procurement plan has been issued and cleared by the Bank team Procurement Specialist. The draft GA pkg has been prepared and circulated for all internal Bank clearances. The task team is just waiting to receive all required clearances in order to issue the GA pkg for CD signature and client countersignature. It is expected that the GA will be signed by end May and that the launch mission will take place end June. The program activities should begin shortly thereafter in the first quarter of FY14.
