Building renovations are being completed for almost all local offices as well as the central office. The systematic registration processes, cadastre reconstruction (CR) and building cadastre construction (BCC), are ongoing with the second round of contracts for 23 cadastral zones (CZs) being finalized and new contracts for 50 CZs signed. Implementation of the Kosovo Land Information System (KCLIS) alpha-numeric part is complete in all Municipal Cadastral Offices (MCOs) is complete and the national roll out for the graphic component is underway. The national geo-portal is operating and the design and contracting of the disaster recovery center is underway. The development of the Kosovo Cadastre Agency (KCA) plan for sustainability is continues although a decision on the institutional reform necessary to ensure KCA’s sustainability is still pending. Both GIZ and the Norwegian support have shifted towards training and capacity building.
