This arrangement was transitional and it has been proposed to transfer the fiduciary functions to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MLSA), which is awaiting Government's approval. 7/17/2019 Page 1 of 12 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Armenia Social Protection Administration II Project (P146318) So far the civil works have been completed and furniture and equipment delivered for 7 integrated social protection centers (ISPCs) and the Yerevan headquarters buildings of the State Employment and Medical Examination Agencies. The civil works are ongoing in 2 additional future ISPCs and are to be completed by the end of June and are at the procurement stage in two additional ISPCs. The MLSA and the Bank team agreed on the redesigned employment component which should be reflected in a project restructuring. Progress in the pensions and monitoring and evaluation components has also been limited. The project was restructured to extend the closing date to November 30, 2020.
