Re: Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Aceh and North Sumatra
Sea Delivery and Logistics Programme (TF056116) - Amendment No. 7
We refer to the Fiscal Agency Agreement, dated February 17, 2006, (the Fiscal Agency
Agreement) (TF056116) between the International Development Association, acting as Trustee for
the Multi Donor Trust Fund for Aceh and North Sumatra (the Trustee) and the World Food
Programme (the Partner Agency), as amended, for the above-referenced project (the Project). Terms
used but not defined in this letter of amendment have the meanings given to them in the Fiscal
Agency Agreement.
Following discussions between the Trustee and the Partner Agency, the Trustee agrees to
amend the Fiscal Agency Agreement to specify the account number for Partner Agency Costs in
Section 2.05 of the Fiscal Agency Agreement as set out below. The amended language is reflected in
italics for ease of reference.
"2.05. In order the compensate the Partner Agency for the costs of appraisal, supervision
and monitoring and evaluation of the Project, the Partner Agency shall be entitled to reimbursement
of its costs in an amount not to exceed three percent (3%) of the MDTFANS Funds, which shall be
paid from TF012569 from time to time based on reports, satisfactory to the Trustee, on appraisal,
supervision and monitoring and evaluation ofthe Project.'

Except as specifically amended by the provisions of this letter of amendment, all terms and
conditions of the Fiscall Agency Agreement otherwise remain in full force and effect. The above
amendment shall enter into effect on the date of the Partner Agency's countersignature of this letter.
Please confirm you agreement to the foregoing by signing and dating the enclosed duplicate of this
letter in the space provided and returning it to us.
