This document summarizes the main findings from the
follow-up surveys in Zimbabwe. Business owners and top
managers of 960 firms were interviewed between July
2016 and January 2017 (600 ES and 360 Micro) as part of
the standard ES. The same firms were re-contacted in
June and July 2020 and again from March to June 2021 for
two rounds of follow up surveys. This document
