Only 2 in 5 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) graduates in Grenada is a woman. Boys are 6 percentage points less likely than girls to complete lower secondary education. Women are 12 percentage points less likely than men to participate in the labor market. Only 24 percent of firms have female top managers. Gender data remain scarce in key areas, hampering policies to narrow gaps between women and men, boys, and girls.
