This paper seeks the approval to provide additional financing (AF) for the project. The AF also entails a Level 2 restructuring to: (i) extend the closing date of the IDA credit approved for the parent project by two years from January 7, 2025, to January 7, 2027; (ii) update the implementation arrangements for the project to reflect changes in the government’s institutional arrangements; and (iii) revise the results framework.
