Mobile engage program will develop text messaging systems for mass public outreach in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Three main applications discussed are: messages encouraging safety measures to more than 90 percent of the country’s households; national COVID-19 vaccination campaign; and targeted vaccine outreach and communicating with health care workers.
