Announcement of Afghanistan: World Bank Provides Further Grant Support to Help Improve Irrigation Infrastructure on April 10, 2007 (anglais)

On April 10, 2007, the World Bank approved today a US25 million dollars additional grant to the Afghanistan Emergency Irrigation Rehabilitation Project, to continue supporting the Government of Afghanistan’s effort to provide farmers with adequate and reliable supply of water in the traditional irrigation schemes.
