The report examines three pathways to economic resurgence in Slavonia: investment, innovation, and inclusion. Each opportunity is constrained by three main issues: (1) fragmentation of spending in Slavonia; (2) national reforms to increase the impact of investments; and (3) alignment of Ministries around shared objectives.
