Measuring Performance in Public Procurement in Croatia (anglais)

The project analyzed evidence from the e- procurement system, focus groups and surveys to deliver an assessment of the overall effectiveness of the public procurement system in Croatia and actionable recommendations for the directorate for trade and public procurement policy (the policy directorate) within the ministry of economy and sustainable development, and the Official Gazette which managed the e-procurement portal.
