Currently 6 mobile money solutions are in place in Cambodia. One 3rd party processor, one bank and 4 MFI solutions are available in the market. While there is some regulation in place it is not fully integrated with the banking law. There are smaller MNOs eg qb, Excell and Cootel. however they are extremely marginal and it is unclear what their operating objectives are at this time.
