Macro Poverty Outlook for Tajikistan : October 2024 (anglais)

In the first half of 2024, Tajikistan’s gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 8.2 percent due to strong remittance inflows and investments. Growth is projected to exceed 7 percent in 2024 and to slow over the medium term. To sustain robust economic growth, ambitious policy reforms are needed to facilitate the transition to a dynamic private sector-led development model.
