Objectives of this exercise are to: (a) Update the SA RICE strategic framework, given the evolving context (especially COVID-19) following a highly consultative (internal and external) process; (b) Establish inclusive processes for identifying priorities and programing resources (current and pipeline); (c) Reinforce regional aspects of country programs; (d) Provide framework for engaging with Development Partners.
