Policy and institutioal reform for sustainable rural development : assessment of the training of trainers workshops and partnership in Africa (anglais)

This study is meant to be a highly operational and forward looking study to provide a new direction to the ongoing program on Policy and Institutional Reform for Sustainable Rural Development in Africa that has been task-managed by the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the World Bank Institute. The study has been commissioned to respond to: 1) WBI's desire to scale up its training program through partnerships; 2)the need to assess a best type of expanding and strengthening partnerships in Africa, and particularly 3) the need to obtain more information on the effectiveness of the Training of Trainers (TOT) workshops in Africa.
