The development objective of the Pacific Aviation Investment Project for Tonga is to improve operational safety and oversight of international air transport infrastructure. This restructuring includes: (i) extend the current closing date of the project from December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2019; and (ii) include additional regional activities under component C: strengthening airport operations and management capacity.
