This news release, dated March 10, 2004, announces the World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors approved a 130 million dollars loan for the second phase of an ongoing program to promote excellence in learning and teaching in Tunisia’s schools, while continuing to ensure the inclusion of children at all levels of the basic education system.
