The development objective of the Regional Capacity Building: Water Governance Project for South Asia is to increase availability of high quality training modules on water diplomacy and cooperative basin governance. The restructuring will: change the project closing date to June 30, 2018 and an action plan has been agreed with the implementing agency. The grant activities require another 6 months for completion.
