Support for smaller enterprises (anglais)

Bank strategy for smaller enterprises has generally been to ease the scarcity of term finance by providing funds and improving the banking system's ability to lend to them. Thought to be labor-intensive, especially outside the major urban centers, small firms would create jobs at a low cost, which would improve the distribution of income and alleviate poverty.
