This paper undertakes a detailed exploration of the nature and causes of the size related wage differences. It is divided into two parts. Part I identifies the levels of enterprise sizes at which wages seem to increase to higher levels. Since the previous analysis was not able to observe in detail if wage-levels tend to jump discretely at particular sizes, the first part of this document also proposes a method of analysis which might throw more light...
