The development objective of the Piloting Reforms in the Childcare System Project for Armenia aims at improving child welfare in Armenia through: (i) improving effectiveness of social support for children at risk; (ii) piloting family-based care for currently institutionalized children deprived of parental care and disabled children; and (iii) fostering community participation in support of children at risk and their families.
