The project will provide: a) reconstruction or construction of quays and related facilities and service systems at the deep-water port at Matadi and the river port at Kinshasa; b) cargo-handling equipment for both ports and fire-fighting equipment for Matadi; c) a replacement for ONATRA's main computer; and d) consultant services for technical assistance, training, supervision of civil works, and several studies.
