On July 19, 1961 International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) Board of Governors adopted resolution number one forty nine. By accepting membership in the Bank, New Zealand shall subscribe to 1,667 shares of the capital stock of the Bank at the par value of $100,000 per share.
