Towards an output approach to estimate the value of education services in developing and transitional countries (anglais)

The International Comparative Program (ICP), charged with calculating purchasing power parity (PPP) has been working with the Education Policy and Data Center (EPDC) since October, 2009, to develop a new output-based methodology for education PPP adjustments. Both the ICP and the EPDC are guided by the Technical Advisory Group (TAG). The ICP also works with Eurostat, which has developed a methodology to measure education output for OECD countries...
